The Story

The Café Italiano Food Truck was born in 2018, inspired by our unforgettable visit to Rome. After experiencing the rich flavours and laid-back rhythm of European café culture, we knew we had to bring a piece of that magic back to Moab.

We rolled out our truck in September 2018 with one mission: to serve fresh, flavorful coffee and food rooted in the traditions of Italy. Moab draws visitors from around the world—more than 4 million each year—and we’re proud to offer them something unique on wheels.

From rich espresso and handcrafted paninis to smoothies and breakfast favorites, everything is made fresh, served fast, and crafted with care. Whether you’re fueling up for the trail or just grabbing a bite downtown, Café Italiano Food Truck is here for good coffee and great vibes.
